昨日より今日はもっともっと素敵！
4月になりましたね！暖かくなると思いきや、雨降りが続き寒い。。。
せっかく計画していた花見ピクニックも2度キャンセルになってしまい、twitterやInstagramにあがる友人の桜を見るだけになっています（涙）
この時期はやはり、新卒・新社会人ですね。ちょっと前に渋谷を金曜日歩いてたのですが、まぁ泥酔者多数で所々におぞましい光景が広がってましたw
花金怖いw
と言うわけで、お酒は全く関係ないですが、新卒・新社会人にある意味向かって行く映画・佐藤健さんと神木隆之介さん主演の「バクマン」を選びました。
二人の高校生が漫画家を目指し奮闘する映画であり、言うなれば卒業までにプロを目指す姿を描いているのでこの時期にぴったり？かとw
僕も実は幼少期に漫画家になりたいと思い描いた日々がありました。
中学生の頃は授業中にノートを取らず不良漫画みたいなものをクラスメイトをキャラクターに使いせっせと描いた時期を思い出します（勉強しろw）面白かったかは別にしろ、キャラクターにされたクラスメイトはケラケラと読んでくれましたw
普段から絵を描くのは好きなので本当に時間の余裕がある時はスプレー・絵の具・POSCAなどを使って画用紙を使いストリート系の絵を描くのが好きです。
ルールはないので、特に気にしてなかったのですが、この映画の始めの方に佐藤健さん演じる主役「真城最高（サイコー）」が神木隆之介さん演じるクラスメイト高木秋人（シュージン）に誘われ漫画家になるのを決意した後に、実際に漫画家であった宮藤官九郎さん演じる叔父の川口たろうが使っていた書斎で漫画を描き始めた時、ある事に気付く瞬間に心を打たれます。
それは、曲線の描き方・ペンの種類・ハーフトーンやスクリーントーン・指の使い方など細かな技術で漫画が描かれていた事に気付く瞬間です。
同調してしまうのが、僕たちミュージシャンも聴き手側が気付かないレベルで音作りの作業をするところです。アンプの高低音・音量を1ミリ単位でこだわったり、曲によっては同じギター・ベースでも別のメーカーを選んだり。歌もマイクは録る前に複数試し決めます。
改めて、芸術とはいかに自分のこだわりを込めて創作するものだな、と気付かさせてくれると同時に創作することへの自由度を感じさせてくれました。それが、聴き手側・見る側に一つの信号として届くんだと。
そんな熱く創作へとサイコーを促すのが、パートナー・シュージンの台詞です。
「俺はマンガも人生も同じだと思っている
あたえられた時間 週刊マンガなら1週間 人生なら死ぬまで
その与えられた時間内でどこまで良いものにできるか
だから手を抜いちゃいけないんだ より良いものにするため
人生もマンガも同じ 自分ならやれるって
うぬぼれや運も必要だけど １番大切なのは・・・
努力」
こんな素晴らしい台詞を高校生ながら発言するシュージン。熱い。
更には
夢を追って敗れて後悔するなら納得できる
夢を追わなかったことに後悔したくない
お前はマイケル・ジョーダンか！
ジョーダンも言ってましたね、負ける事よりも、チャレンジしない事の方が怖いと。
このジューシン役が僕はやってみたいと思いました。
熱苦しくて、我武者羅で、とにかく漫画の事しか考えてない、オタクとは少し違った常にある熱意を彼から感じます。サイコーも熱いのですが、絵を描くサイコーは意外とガムシャラな感じではなく冷静で建設的なタイプかなと僕は見ています、火がつく感じは高校生らしいというか。僕はジューシンの様にあっちこっち走りまくってギャーギャー騒ぐタイプですw常にアンテナ張って物語を考えている姿勢が共感します。
いかがでしょう？皆さんも自分の仕事に対しこのジューシンが言う台詞の様に取り込めていますか？僕はよくこの青春臭い熱さを日々の芸術以外にやるべき仕事に追われ忘れてしまう時があります。
サイコーは血尿出してぶっ倒れても描き続けるんです。
自分の年齢とか、才能だとか、現状の売上とかそんなものに囚われた時はこの映画をみてください。
大ヒットを飛ばせるのは
圧倒的に計算じゃない人なんだ
服部哲というキャラが言う台詞です。
いつだって自分の限界を決めるのは自分なんですよね。
まだまだ、生きてるんだからやってみるっきゃないですね！
負けた数と失敗の数が大きいな成功へと導くんだ！

This month is special for Japan since its the new beginning for graduates to start of their new life. High schoolers become College kids, College graduates start off their first year as an ADULT social worker.
It sounds fresh and all but in reality, you get a whole buch of drunks out in the streets since they celebrate almost every weekend on this month lol.
You can find men and women deep at night drunk straying like the Walking Dead lol.
Today I'm here to introduce a Movie called "BAKUMAN"! A story about two boys spending their whole youth into creating MANGA.

Two of the main characters are played by Takeru Sato & Ryunosuke Kamiki.
I've chosed this movie cause I really liked "SHU-JIN" the roll Ryunosuke Kamiki plays on this movie. His quotes are I guess fairly outdated... in a way, but it's always good to hear those kind of quotes once in a while to make you remember your passion against your job.
Some of the quotes he says are
"MANGA and LIFE are the equal to me. Weekly MANGA gives you one week, in life its until you're dead. It's about how well you can do with the time given, so we got to put everything we got! MANG and LIFE is same, you need to be overwhelmed with self-esteem, you need luck...BUT! The most important thing is HARD WORK!!!"
Yeah, you heard that somewhere in life, still I think we always need to remind ourselves this attitude. When you encounter tough things in life, it can get lost very easily.
Another one is
"I can understand losing after I've chased the dream,
but I don't want to regret not chasing it"
Almost sounds like Michael Jordan.
I sympathize this SHU-JIN so much with his passion against MANGA. In my case its singing and creating Rock music. Without the "YOUTHFUL" attitude, I believe life gets old and boring. Especially in the art world.
This movie just reminds me when I decided to "try" to become a musician.
Do you remember when you "tried" to become someone who you are?
People who've accomplished this knows that the real challenge comes after you've become what you wanted to be. Here I am now, as a musician, working everyday for what I wanted to be. Though I do forget this "youthful" passion being chased by deadlines, numbers and people.
This movie is a wake up call to all sleeping souls. It's outdated, simple, and you know whats gonna happen.
THAT'S why you should watch it if you ever said or felt "I'm getting old".
We can't be afraid of losing. We can't be afraid to be ashame.
The number of lost and shame will lead to a huge victory.
We can't limit our selves with excuses, it becomes a habit and takes you down.
If you think forever, our limits our forever.
Congrats to the new graduates taking their step to the real society.
